    1997? That must have been one of its first deployments!
    I never got a chance to bring anyone on for the tiger cruises, but that was fine. Being the ATC repairman required me to be in CATCC on standby during flight ops, they wouldn't have been able to go out and see the air show unless I got someone else to escort them. Wasn't normally like that, but my equipment was degraded waiting on a CASREP so the AC's were limited on the consoles they could use. If one more went down and I wasn't around, all hell would have broken loose.
