Built a storage box for my bed. Used materials I had laying around.

Those storage bins look pretty nice. Way more useful than the "seats".

    Check the TTORA Garage Section....
I was thinking of relocating my reservoir in the same place...but. Unfortunately it is also the same location that I will be placing my spare battery.
    Did you reuse the pump?

    Great job on your mods!

Thanks and yes I did use the original pump. I was going to mount spare battery there also. But decided to mount the spare battery with the OBA system. That reservoir is small enough you could mount it somewhere else. Just keep the pump lower to help it prime.

As in the double case? Move my transfer case back and relocate the original 4wd stick shift. Add 8" to the front drive shaft and remove 8" from the rear drive shaft .. for yours I think you have to swap your case for a 1st gen V6 case also to make it work with the double case.. I will be doing this mod in the next few months. Just have to get past the tax man first.

i talked to wyatt. Before you get your marlin crawler

You need to have one of your driveshafts done already so you can drive back home. I charge $600.00 to install the Crawlers. But for RST members it's $500.00. The hard part is fitting the shifter. That can take hours to get done right.

Check with me before you order one. I give RST members a discount that makes it lower than buying directly from Marlin.

No need to change the t case on the 2nd gens. I had my taco t case for about six months before I got tired of the actuator and swapped in the FJ Cruiser t case.

Ok but you still only have 4hi and 4low correct? I am doing a double case for my 1st gen so i can have 4hi 4low and 4extra-low or crawl. That is also what manwithoutaplan is looking for. Also we both have manual transmissions so the crawling gear helps a lot. Please explain the gears with the FJ t-case swap you did.
    Thanks...

No he has a crawl box too..so same setup as you basically. You don't need to swap the tranny or stock Tcase on a 2nd gen to fit the crawl box. Literally the same install pretty much.

a lot of guys do what he did and swap to a FJ case to get rid of the electric actualtor and have twin sticks so then you can have 2wd, 2wd lo, 2wd lo lo, 4wd, 4wd lo, 4wd lo lo.

    Subbed to this build.
