jw would there be any benefit to welding these on? Instead of bolting them on?

    A few things
Got my shackle hangers, but should have ordered the shackles and cross member when I ordered. As soon as they are available I’ll order them.

I can confirm ATO shackles will not work with Alcan springs as well.

If your leaf springs look like this ATO shackles will not work because of the center gusset.

Looks like the main issue is the centered shackle gusset. The stock ones should work if you get the hangers before the shackles.

A bunch a cool stickers, a bada ass MetalMiller Tx Longhorns grill emblem painted Hemi Orange, JBA long tube headers with o2 sims, Diff breather mod, Red LED interior lights, Fancy head unit that plays ipod n movies, Also DIY install factory stuff like, factory cruise control, factory intermittent wipers, OME nitro struts with 886x springs and toy tec top plate, JBA high caster UCA's for better alignmnet and dey beefier too, Old Man Emu Dakar leaf springs in da rear with the gear, U bolt flipper, Ivan Stewart TRD rims with 33" K Bro 2's, some bad ass weather tech floor liners so I don't muck up my interior, an ATO shackle flipper for mo travel in da rear wit the gear, also super shiny Fox 2.0 shocks back there too, all sorts of steal armor for bouncing off of the rocks like demello sliders, AP front skid, trans skid, n transfer skid, demello gas tank skid, and a tough as nails ARB bumper with warn 8k winch, I'm sure there's more
Removed ATO shackle flip and installed BAMF HD shackle hangar today. Had ATO HD shackles and Dakar leaf pack. Drilled out the shackle sleeve to 9/16, don't like it. Shaved down the gusset in the ATO HD shackle, don't like it, but it doesn't contact the leafs. Lost an inch of lift, don't mind that because now truck is almost level, has very very slight cunt hair of rake. Soon as BAMF HD shackles become available, I'll want to swap those out for the ATO's. Now that I've done this, time to re tune the drive shaft to kill the vibes again. All in, I like the BAMF shackle hangars better than the ATO flip.

Thanks @JLee for the hangers and prototype shackles. The ATO’s won’t clear some Alcans since the eye is standard and the 2nd leaf extends under it. These things are beef, just like everything else Jerry makes.

Please keep in mind that these springs were meant to carry 1,200 over stock, so it was hard to get them to travel without that weight. I still had about 1/2” of daylight, between the extended Superbumps and the frame, when the front lifted.

Wheeled the Rubicon with a few buddies yesterday. Now I know why you make these. I landed on my stock hangers a few times. Will be getting them in the near future.

Happen to have a better estimate of when the hanger + shackle kits will be shipping out?

I only ask because my truck will be going to the fabricator shortly for some other work and I'm mulling over postponing that for a bit and having him burn out the OEM rivets for me.

if you wanted to borrow one of my flip mounts to tie you over until it comes in let me know. that way, you can get your rivets out and have that as a working kit until jerry's comes in...then you just have to unbolt the flip and install the BAMF.
