    My 2008 tacoma is in the garage right now for a head gasket leak.

    I your opinion is there anything else i need to ask to replace since everything is removed ?

    Knock sensor maybe ? I know the knock sensor can be a painfull job but does it fail really often ?

    Anything else ?

    Oil pump ?

    Chains and tensioners and the idler gear.

    make sure it get valve seals done (they will likely do this anyway)
