Is there only 2 dowel pins on this motor? Made a rookie mistake when taking motor out and it was slightly inclined and when we pulled it out it chipped the top dowel hole a little on the top on the housing, but it Should be okay.

Progress: stripped down jdm motor and adding and removing parts... almost got bad When we were swapping the jdm timing cover off and putting mine on the jdm. We struggled to get the old timing cover off the jdm took off all the bolts... we tried 30 mins of prying and we noticed the two bolts on the head holding it on... took them out and we fucked the old timing cover up and cracked it... but we aren’t using it anyways. Man this was dumb it happened because when we took mine off the head was already off.. the jdm head looks okay and no cracks in it thank god

I'd say in the technical chat section or the 4 cylinder section under "Tacoma Garage"
