    I would like to know if anyone knows how to adjust head lights up or down. I have 2009 Tacoma with HID installed and now have 1 light higher

    There are two adjustment "gears" on the back side of the headlight housing, one for vertical the other for horizontal. They can be moved with a medium size philips screw driver or a socket if you can fit it down there. Here is a doc on the procedure of aiming the headlight... Have fun!
