Ok I put a road armor bumper on my tacoma. I got the new headlight fillers in today. There's that slot for the outboard connection buy since the original frame was removed to make the bumper fit there is nothing to attach the filler to to inboard side
Thoughts ? What am I missing here ?

It clips in, why would you have removed that connection with a frame replacement, it’s part of the body?

New headlight fillers.. from Road Armor? Or new OEM? I'd ask Road Armor, since their bumper evidently deletes the attachment slot. Also if you post a better pic of the inboard side maybe somebody can suggest a DIY solution.

I’d lower that bumper a bit and reinstall the oem mounting point. With that little of gap the bumper will contact the fenders anyhow. Ideally you want 5/8-3/4”

Their directions imply they supply a bracket to resecure the filler piece to, maybe they left that off your parts bag?

I zip-tied mine since I had to remove the headlight brackets due to my body lift and bumper. It’s been pretty solid so far…I’ll take pics this afternoon, just at work right now.
