I would think, since they are an OEM Light, they would pass inspection.
You would need to adjust them, the direction for which are located in the link posted above.

For new oem? Probably not. ebay and other similar sources will have knock offs, but don't expect oem quality for ebay prices.

If you are looking for a cheaper aftermarket option, maybe this will work?
    https://www.headlightsdepot.com/search/2011/toyota/tacoma

I have no experience with them, but it may be an option?

OEM are by far the best in terms of quality and performance. The early 2nd Gens had a design flaw that Toyota fixed for free to those that brought their trucks in, but that free replacement is now expired. The part numbers I linked are Toyota's TSB redesigned assemblies that do not have the melting DRL issue.

Thanks alot. I will def go the oem you supplied. I will also say that i have been on many different forums for different brand vehicles , this is so far the most respectful . Not even one smart remark to the newby. Many thanks.

It is a good forum. If you check out the TSB link I provided, there are part numbers in there for the bright chrome replacements, rather than smoke chrome I linked. If you shop around by part number you can find the bright chrome for just a few dollars cheaper, though I think the smoked chrome is a nice subtle upgrade if swapping the assemblies.
