I got a 2018 taco and both head lights went out on the high side but low beams still work. I have checked relays and fuses what do I need to check now. Any help would be great.

It’s very common for quality bulbs to fail at the same time. If you have a multimeter or bulb voltage tester test the voltage at the high beam plug. Otherwise try replacing one of the high beam bulbs and see if it works. Chances are you just had simultaneous burn out.
