Deck plate mod, Magnaflow exhaust, Toytec 3in lift, Bestop canopy, Spray on bedliner across the bottom foot of the truck and fenders. HID 6000k 85W converted Hella 500's & 4000's, HID headlights 5000k 35W. Custom build roof basket, Pioneer Avic-x920bt deck with rockford amp and kicker sub.
There should be a screw right above the housing to adjust up and down and also one on the outside of the housing to adjust left and right.

There is an adustment bolt on the fender side of the headlight assembly, accessed under the hood. I think toyota recommends parking the truck 9.84 ft (3m) from a wall and adusting them that way. Measure the height of your headlights from the ground the the center of the headlights and draw a line on the wall (Or use masking tape) at that height. Turn your headlights own and adjust them untill the project .823 inch (20.9mm) below that line.
