2022 TRD OffRd DCSB

Can anyone explain to me how to download the Toyota apps on the head unit. My Toyota app won't sync with the vehicle. Bluetooth is hooked up and working fine as well as the android car play. I follow all the prompts but always comes back with an error downloading try again later message.
