I tried to search, and I swear in the past I found some stuff on this but nothing came up today. I also reached out to Trail Grid Pro but have not received a response.

I'm looking to upgrade my factory TRD Pro JBL headunit to the TrailGridPro Sony XAV-9500ES Plug & Play Bundle, mostly for a larger screen size and wireless AAuto without needing a wifi dongle (something keeps randomly disconnecting, assuming it's the dongle). My understanding is this should retain all factory features, but I haven't seen anything mentioned about MTM specifically so I just want to verify this kit will retain MTM? I found this feature handy while on some mountain trails and being able to see while cresting steep hills.

    As linked above, Multi-terrain Monitor

When in 4 low and under 12(?)mph you can use the cameras to view in front, under, and the sides of the truck. Similar to the birds eye view stuff when not in 4 low, but it gives you some better angles and few more options to navigate obstacles you can't physically see.

I decided to go with the Alpine unit just now from trail grid pro since they assured me that it will work with MTM and all of the stock camera(s) and settings. I'll find out quick when I install it in a few weeks. I asked about the Sony and they said it also works. They said that it will work due to the Maestro unit programming/tuning they specifically do before they ship the plug and play kit to customers. Hope that helps.
