Made a headache rack this weekend. I bought some cheap LED 6" light bars off eBay to put on the back. All I have left is to make a small bracket for the lightsand paint. Went cheap on the lights so if theywork fine, if they don't it was only $14. I used my dad's truck for a model. I have a friend selling me his Tacoma that I will be putting it on. Looks like I will be building one for my dad and then or my brother's 92 Toyota pickup.

Sweet I'm about to do something very similar with the front of my bed rack. I want to add some gussets though just to keep everything stable. Only problem is my tool box takes up the room for qussets so I'll have to figure out a different way to support it

That's pretty nice. You should do some tube bumpers next.

Might try a rear plate bumper. I don't really like the tube bumpers. I don't have a bender either. Metal is getting expense. I would hate to get a big piece of square tubing for the rear and it not come out like I want it. But I might try anyway.
