Header/cat support bracket?

    On my 09 V6 there are two vertical brackets that connect to the header/cat flanges on either side of the truck, and they are just about disintegrated where they connect to the exhaust. When I get in there next I want to replace them but I cannot for the life of me find a part number.

    Anyone know what I'm looking for here?
