Heading to Baja w/e of Oct 6th?

Heading to SD...
I have some free time. I may head south. - Anyone have any plans to head to Baja out there?

 

Just curious, where are you headed and what's the purpose of your visit?

We're headed deep in Baja to spectate the Baja 1000 early November. For the first time ever, this year's race starts in La Paz and finishes in Ensenada. Prerunning the race begins Oct 21, so you shouldn't get into that race traffic. We'll probably camp and watch the race go past at Punta Conejo or similar sub-tropic location. Yep, doing the PP Dance.

I have to go.to SD and I have a few days to 'play' after. I don't have plans to attend the Baja 1k this year.

I may go as far as Ensenada. Not much further with the time I have...
