So is there a simple way to adjust the headlights?

Someone hit my fender, got it fixed, headlight bezel was broke so they replaced it. The other side had a broken tab so they glued it. Now both headlights are not inline. Driver side looks way high, no idea if passengers side is in the right location. Not sure what Toyota would charge to adjust them. Not sure I want to bother to take it back to the body shop, I have no faith in them doing it right.

Adjustment screws are on the back. Probably going to be a PITA to align by sight.

there is a thread somewhere if you search that has the specs for adjusting your headlights. Level surface with 25-30 feet and a wall some masking tape and your golden. I just cant recall. I found it once when I did a quick alignment. Need to do it again.

Were the repairs covered by insurance?

Take it back to body shop they’ll align them and fix anything that isn’t right. My wife hit a deer and the lights weren’t aligned and were very badly off. Took it back to body shop to have aligned and they found out that the new headlight was broken from factory and ordered another one and then adjusted properly.

    This!
Misaligned lights, and a broken headlight? Sounds like they're not done yet. If the headlights are off, it could be metal supports are still not straight; in other words, it may be much more than a simple adjustment from fixed properly.
If you have an issue with them completing what they were paid to do, I'm sure your insurance agent will assist.

Definitely take it back. Most insurance angencys require the repairs to be warrantied. If they don't do it right talk to your agent.

I took it back, they adjusted them and they look good now. Pretty sure they didn't bother to adjust them after they installed the new headlight.
