maybe it's leaking through not on the seam of the lens and housing but perhaps through where one of the lightbulbs are?

Spyder is well documented for poor build quality, poor optics, and condensation/fogging issues. Avoid them. Drilling a hole in the base of the light is only going to make it worse. Moisture could be penetrating from any joint/seal, one of the bulb locations or boots on the assembly. You will need to remove it to check everywhere though it is still going to be difficult to isolate the offending leak. But rather than repeatably buying a poor quality product and spending time/effort trying to fix it, invest in better quality once. It is cheaper and less headache in the long run.

Quick question y'all, I just resealed my headlight with some more sealant, I noticed 2 plugs with rubber caps over them, should I remove the rubber caps because theese are vents or should I leave it on?

I think you need to leave them on.

I taped some silicone packets behind the plug, and left it on, not sure the packets will do anything tbh, I have a handful of them left...should I do anything with them?

I could be wrong and if so someone can chime in, that rubber plug is to let hot air out while not allowing moisture or dirt in the light assembly.

I was about to put a set of aftermarket blackout headlamps in my 2015 until crashnburn80 schooled me. I went and purchased a set of OEM Pro Smoked headlights and called it a day. No worrying about moisture and fitment issues with OEM, and still adds a better look than the stock headlight assemblies.

That will most deff be my next option, I just don't want to have to buy another set because I bought a set before they were the jdm, black ones with the reflector, loved the look but they were full of water so I bought theese ones now for 200, light output is great and they look great, sealed them and now I'm in the same boat

Don't know if it makes a difference... but as well as the seams, I also sealed the fastener holes on the back of the light assemblies. I haven't had issues with moisture but then again we don't have too much moisture here in Tucson :3

If I had a ton of money to toss around to drop 1k+ on headlights maybe I would... but I think putting a bit of effort into sealing cheaper lights and paying much less is worth it but apparently results may vary lol.
