I have a headlight out, around the same time as the bulb burning out, both fog lights refuse to turn on.
Is there a connection between the headlights and fog lights working or do I have two separate problems?

I bought a new headlight assembly, so to answer your question; the bulbs are stock in regards to they're the bulbs that came in the assembly.
2015 Tacoma's have an H4 HB2 stock bulb, but the bulb that came in the assembly was an H9. The manufacturer stated that the assembly was PnP, which it was, but I've never had so many electrical issues in my life. haha

I've never had any issues with Anzo, this will be my first. But yeah, basically.
I ordered a new assembly, it can be fixed, just have to swap out my headlights.
I bought Spyder... so hopefully they won't be a pos.

Quick update: the melt down must have blown a fuse, replaced fuse and my fog lights are operational again.
My truck just keeps blowing leds left and right. My right led fog blew (this will be led #4)... sooo back to halogen.
Is anyone else's truck rejecting leds as much as mine?

Seems it would be cheaper to stick with the Halogens. That actually work.

Oh and the right headlight low beam fuse supplies power to the fog lamp relay coil for both fog lamps.
