so i need to replace my passenger side headlight on my TRD OR and there are two different options for the part number.

one is p/n 8111004270 which specifies with integrated fog lamp with LED for around $600
one is p/n 8111004260 which specifies with out integrated fog lamp with LED for around $300

my question is, is there actually a physical difference between these two fixtures? or is it just something to do with the way the wiring ties into the fog lamps in the bumper that makes the other unit almost twice the price. TIA

i just talked to the guy in the parts dept at my dealership and he had no clue what the difference was. what happened to the guys who used to work at dealerships who knew everything? my buddies dad was a GM parts guy for like 20 years and can still list random part numbers for everything off the top of his head.

I still want to know what the difference is! The "integrated fog lamp" doesn't make any sense other than wiring I guess but do any Tacomas with the LED DRL come without fogs?

So it would appear its referring to the extra strip of LED's on the inside, I understand this isnt a fog light but that may be bad use of wording from toyota. If I had the other headlight I would compare them side by side but I don't have that ability right now.

Like I said, I think so but Im not sure? I dont have the other headlight your talking about to compare the 2 :(

But I can tell you right now if your truck calls for a specific part number, it needs it. Theres going to be something different wiring wise that will likely cause issues if you order the cheaper like. If you upset with pricing, as I think we all are on items like this, search ebay for a used one :) that would be the route id take!
