Sharing to hopefully help others --- I purchased a bag of clips off Ebay "Bulb Retaining Spring Clip 9 PCs Universal Car Headlight" for $13 and one of them is the exact clip for my 2013 Tacoma. Here's the ebay item, clip you need is bottom/center of the picture.
