Trying to put new H11 LEDS in the 2017 this morning. Why are things never as easy as you plan. The tabs in the housing seems to be set differently passenger vs. drivers sides. So the LEDs sit last different angles. Can I adjust the housing where the LEDs insert?

LEDs should only go in the projectors, everything else should stay halogen. LEDs in reflector housings will just blind people.

that being said, most LEDs have a little hex set-screw that you can use to adjust how the bulb sits in the housing.

So, First off those are the high beams I was trying to replace. First mistake.
I put the oem bulbs back in the high beam and moved the LEDs to the low beam position and they went in seemingly fine. I'll have to see the pattern tonight.

I guess if I wanted to put the LEDs in the high beam, Id need something that doesn't have to be slotted exactly up/down.

Adjust the bulb, not the housing. Brilliant! Thanks!

See the allen head on these bulbs, it allows you to rotate the bulb and not the mounting tabs so you can get it in the right place

Not all bulbs come with this option though, so when shopping for them, try to find some with the adjustable part.

I used these from Amazon $37 bucks.
SEALIGHT H11 H9 H8 LED Headlight Bulbs Fanless
Once I put them in the correct housings it was a breeze and they are a lot brighter than the stock bulbs. I didn't have to adjust the LED at all
    just plug and play.
I like them very much - makes night time driving a lot easier for an old fella like me.

    Thanks!
