Headlights and Fog lights suddenly stopped working

Hi i need help solving a little problem with my truck. I have a 2014 Tacoma. Early this morning around 5:30am my Headlights and Fog lights wont turn on. Only the high beam turns on when i pull the lever back, but high beam does not even turn on when i have the lever pushed forward. So i drove with just my DRL to work. When i pulled up and parked suddenly Both Headlights and Fog lights turned on. So i tested it and turned off the lights and back on. But there it goes again it doesnt work. Is this regarding some electrical wiring?

 

well the fog lights are after market and the dealer installed it. Not a toyota dealership though. Is there anyway i can like tweak it myself? Could one of the wires be touching the chasis thats causing it?

 

i tried doing that earlier but nothing happend, i called the dealership and told them about it, coz i wanted their mechanic to have a look coz he was the one that installed it. but seems like they are giving me a hard time saying they only gave me a 3month warranty on it.
