So my left turn signal wasn't working and it wasn't the bulbs because they worked fine, and the right turn signal and headlights/high beams worked fine -

So I went to the junkyard and found a turn signal arm off of a Celica (2000 model?) and it looked IDENTICAL to my Tacoma one -

So I went home, installed it and upon doing so my headlights turned on and now they wont turn off - the blinkers work fine now - but I got no High-Beams either, and the headlights appear to be stuck in the High-Beam position yet No HIgh-Beam indication -

I put my stock arm back in, and the headlights stay on:

When I unplug the arm - the headlights turn off, soon as I plug in either the celica or stock tacoma arm the headlights come back on
I tried to replace headlight relay and it did not change - headlights stay on
    All fuses are working fine

Any suggestions? Should I just try an actual tacoma turn-signal arm? Thanks ! I hate to keep unplugging my turn signal arm just to fix this problem - and stock arm still dont turn left, but celica one does -

View the build. Too much to list.
Did you disconnect the battery while plugging and playing? If not, it will reset the ecu and everything if you do. There might be a communication error.
