I am looking for black housing headlights that are adjustable. not the cheap ebay sky shooting light beams. any recommendations?

There are good black headlights from aftermarket companies such as Depo or Anzo. They have them on eBay but aren't the shitty 70 dollar ones. Only other option is to do the BHLM on your current headlights :)

I am just asking as I bought some for my 99 civic a ways back, tried to adjust they would never go up or down. after trying for a long time, I presumed the adjusters were either inoperable or there simply for look.

But if you're lazy like me, buying the headlights already blacked out is not a bad option either.
