Headlights

Is it possible to fit 2012-2015 tacoma headlights into 2005+ models? I find the 2012+ to much sharper and it would be cool if you could interchange.....

 

You'd have to do a whole front end swap

 

I think there may be a retrofit kit out there somewhere to fit 2012-2015 into the 2005+. I know I have had a couple of people ask me about buying the piece below my headlights after they seen where I changed them for the daytime running lights. They said they were upgrading to the newer front end.

 

Whole front end swap as bumper, grill lights and hood? Or is the hood able to stay.

 

Everything has to go I know of a couple people that have done it can't think of any to tag at the moment

 

Haven't actually installed it yet, waiting for my next truck (selling 2wd for 4x4) but here's a list of what you'll need.

The front fenders can stay, but the front bumper, hood, and grille all need to be 2012+ to fit the 2012+ headlights as well as a bunch of miscellaneous parts to complete the conversion.
