Had my wife take my 2020 trd off road in to have windshield replaced and what a bad job. First thing I seen when I got home was the Garmin dash cam was stuck back on windshield with some kind of plastic type velcro witch the dash cam was just flopping around. They should have just said they can't remount it and I would have been fine with that. Now looks like they have some kind of black glue on the the magnet. Second the headliner is damaged I guess when they took old windshield out. And the driver's side top of windshield is not flush with the body it's up about an 1/8 of an inch. This is first time I had windshield replaced in new Jersey. I have had 5 windshields replaced in my 2016 sr and still the headliner looks new . And this was done at safelite I thought would be the best to do it. No pride in workmanship. Call head office and hoping to hear back today.

I’ve had terrible luck with Safelite. Hope they make it right but you’re probably stuck with it like that.

My wife took it back to shop in toms river nj and person said there was nothing wrong but they would reinstall the windshield. He was rude to my wife I heard it because she had me on speaker phone. I got home early yesterday and took it into another safelite shop in freehold nj and immediately seen that the glass was defective. And showed me. The dam thing was wavy and said they would change it out and have a supervisor come out to evaluate what they are going to do about the headliner. When I got home I put both Tacoma's side by side and wow you can really see how bad the glass is distorted.

They just told me that they don't touch that and to go look at another truck like mine and that's how they are. Unbelievable. Greasy finger prints and freighed seams... I'm going to call my insurance company tomorrow
