Headstrong 1/2" strut spacer install questions

Hi All,

I am looking to order a set of Headstrong 1/2" strut spacers in order to achieve 1" of front lift on my otherwise stock suspension TRD Sport.

I'm curious about the install. I know I will need to replace the studs, but I'm not sure how hard it is to press out the old studs.

Do I need to remove the springs in order to do this? And then what do I need to press out the studs?
