Can any of you guys share your shipping costs from Headstrong? I'm in Georgia and I'm curious about rates before I place an order.

Looks great! Exactly the outcome I hope for. Did you do the install? If so, how long was the job? If not, what was the cost of install?

in almost all 2005+ applications lifted up to 3.5" this does you absolutely no positives or negatives. it simply changes nothing. this is the common belief up here and we wheel our rigs (no mall crawlers for the most part)

MadDaddy, shipping was $67.80 to NC. Great company to buy from. Below is how mine turned out after lift and tires. I am very happy with it.

Looks great! Are those 285's? Very meaty. I have the same style step bars. $67 shipped is a great price. Thanks for the info.

Can't give you an exact price since I drove an hour to get mine from them. Marie is awesome and very helpful. I've never had a issue with their company.

Yes, they are 285/75 -16 General grabber A/T 2. They look very similar to BFG T/A KO's, but less expensive. I actually think they look a little more aggressive. I drove with 265/75's for a few weeks with it lifted. They didn't look bad, but I really like the look of the 285's better. Marie was great to deal with at headstrong.

Mannnn I can't wait to get mine installed! These trucks are looking good! Torn between 16"s and 17"s still and trying to wait until summer-ish. Headstrong's customer service was great, I will probably be buying UCAs from them in the future.

Sweet. How do you like the Coopers? I'm planning to pair those with new wheels under a headstrong lift.

My truck has developed a low growl since lift install.... no vibrations at all but it sounds like i have mud tires all of a sudden. I can hear it up to about 35-40 MPH and as I slow down the sound slows down. Any thoughts on what it would be?

I have not had the alignment yet, we eyeballed it pretty close so it's not on the high priority list. I need to have one done though.

If the sound is coming from the tires, as you suggest, I would guess it's an alignment issue. If you're out of alignment your tires are going to wear very fast because they are not contacting the pavement as they were designed to. Not an expert, just my guess.

I'm not sure where the growl is coming from. The front of the truck for sure but I'm not sure it's from the tires. I'll get the alignment and see if that solves it. I kind of want the tires to wear out quick so I can tell the wife I HAVE to get new ones...

Hey guys, hoping to install the lift I bought soon. Do you see any issues running a 285/75/16 tire with the lift kit? Hoping to order a set of tired this week (cooper at maxx). I really do not want to take off the flaps, as well as not do any trimming if at all possible? Own a prerunner.

It's my understanding that with 285s you will need to ditch the front flaps. After that, you might have some minor rubbing if you don't trim, and you will definitely want to trim if you plan to go offroad a lot.
