I run that setup and love it. I upgraded to 650 lb springs due to the weight of skids and bumper. Huge improvement

Would be a ton cheeper to buy that from Bilstein direct and a Toytec 1.5-2” AAL

if you call and order you can add the 650 springs and not have to pay for a second set.

If you swapped those 5160s for some B110s then you would get another 2" of travel.

Hmmm. Is it common to run 6112 with B110s?

I'm sure a ton of guys run it. Just depends on if you want that extra travel back there ... though if you do then you need to add longer rear brake lines as well.

If this were the case and they were superior to the 5160 why aren't they offered as an option on any complete kit I have seen? Also the first time I have seen them mentioned as well. Honestly just curious.

*Assuming you are replying to my comments.*

The 5160 has more fluid since it has a reservoir, which means that in extreme wheeling cases the shocks will stay cooler. But if you are wheeling hard enough for that to really be an advantage then you probably want higher end rear shocks anyway. The B110 shocks just provide more travel allowing for more flex in the rear, which is going to be more useful for everyday wheeling. Plus the B110s are about half the price of the 5160s so you can put that money to other suspension stuff.

When you say more travel that would be more down travel and less up travel thus needing more bump stop to keep the shock from bottoming out correct?
