Its been quite some time since i stopped by the forums to leave a comment. However, since this thread is a thing i guess ill drop my "Long term Review". Hands down my favorite vendor on the forum and Marie has really helped me out over the time span of finding my lift during 2016. So far the Icon fronts and rear have performed the way they shouldve have and the Maxtrac spindles are rad! Here are some semi new photos of the truck and once again thank you Headstrong Off-Road!

(P.S. i need to visit the shop one day! Not sure when you guys are in?)

Crap is all I have to say.

When I call to order lifts for customers she answers the phone, answers my questions, and ships it right away. What kind of game is Marie playing?!

All I can say is buyer beware of top notch customer service and quick ship dates.

Since you can’t call anymore how long does it normally take to get a response to your email? Asking for a friend..

I try to get to e-mails within that same business day however if it comes over on Friday it could be as late as Tuesday since there are hundreds that come through during the weekend. I get to them in order that they are received. First come first served :)

You should use a call center from India. I hear people really like those.

Thanks, I know no one cares what I think, but the “call Marie at Headstrong ..” advice has been a staple in the community for a good while. I think getting away from it will cost business. For example , people with money to spend are more likely to pull the trigger after someone listens to their questions. It’s y’all deal but that is my opinion.

Correct. Call Marie is a staple on a forum with several hundreds of thousands of members . All being directed to call one single person. I gladly help everyone I can. However I also answer all of the emails, pms, alerts, process orders, create invoices, order product, perform website maintenance, create shipping labels, provide tracking, handle issues, process warranties, and on and on. Now again I am glad to help anyone and everyone that I can but I found myself spending 45-90 minutes on the phone with almost every caller. Again glad to help and totally thankful for the business, but it became far too time consuming to be on the phone all day and only having been able to help around 10 people. I do respond to voicemails when I can and if an email is sent requesting a phone call I make that call as soon as I can. I work around 12-14 hours a day but today we are closed. I had an important family situation to attend to in which we spent the morning in the hospital. If you or anyone reading this would like to talk on the phone please feel free to pm or email me and I will get the call made as soon as I can.

I tried to research as much as possible before calling Headstrong Off-Road. Two phone calls and a few emails later my suspension was ordered. No complaints on my end.

First of all I pray your family emergency is resolved and all are well. Second I wasn’t trying to insinuate you didn’t do all you could to help folks out. Only that the personal contact was the point, and that maybe if business was booming delegating some of what you do would help you retain that personal touch. Merely an observation from someone on the outside. Hopefully we can talk soon so I can get my order in.
