    I was trying to decide whether or not I wanted to purchase the Headstrong bundle that included the MaxTrac spindles and OME Dakars and OME rear shocks or go just the MaxTracs and match it with a different setup for the rear. I emailed Headstrong as well as another company asking details and opinions about what would be my best option. The other company hum ha'd around my questions and I didnt get a legit answer so I instantly marked them off the list. Headstrong gave me several options and after about 20+ emails I finally decided to go with the HeadStrong bundle. I placed the order and in a few short days had all the gear in my hands.

    I came up with question after question (and I am a suspension newb so I am sure they were plenty ridiculous) and they answered each and every one in a very timely and respectable manner. In my book, customer service goes a LONG way. HeadStrong Off-Road gets 5 stars from me! [​IMG] [​IMG] [​IMG] [​IMG] [​IMG]

    Just ordered from headstrong. Marie is the best. She has been more than patient and even worked out a price that was awesome with me to keep me and the misses happy. And very very patient listening to all my questions I had before ordering. Some of stuff I wasn't even sure on and she made it very clear she didn't want me to order until I was ready and had done all of my research.

    I just have to throw my .02 in here also. Great people to deal with. I've never written a review on a company before, but they obviously believe in customer service. I'm waiting on my second order from then now. And, I can see ordering from them (for a third time) as soon as I get the new stuff I just ordered installed and get the bug again… I already know its coming… its unavoidable…
