Headstrong saves the day!

Not one for posting much on here, mainly just lurking and reading. But this weekend I noticed my 6112’s were severely dying and oozing it’s life blood. While searching for a set of extended travel Icons I contacted Headstrong off-road. Kevin returned my email in about an hour… on a Saturday! We continued to swap emails through the weekend. I placed my order last night and he called me first thing this morning to let me know they were in the UPS system and shipping out today!! Happy to found a company that cares about its customers and goes above and beyond to make sure they are satisfied!

I also had a really good experience with Headstrong off-road. Similar experience to you, they answered my emails at late hours and over the weekend. Once I decided on a suspension they got it shipped out quickly.

Headstrong also went out of their way to help me out when my Icon's arrived with shipping damage ... plus they kept checking back with me to make sure everything was OK. Great customer service.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Headstrong off-road!
