As the title says! I've tried calling all day yesterday & today! Also left them a message, no response! Is this normal with them, any alternatives?

their service is very well known, not sure if they are closed for a bit but I am sure they will get to you. Not sure where you live vs where they are located but maybe there is a large time difference? @HeadStrong Off-Road Marie, are you guys closed?

They’re probably just inundated with work. I was able to get a response from them via forum so I would suggest that or emailing them

Thanks guys! Yes they were closed but their message says they reopened yesterday at 9 am. I'm in Idaho so they are one hour earlier in CA. I'll keep trying! (grin)

Shit bolted onto other shit, and junk.
They were closed for the last week and a half. They are stacked with voicemail to return and then they get to forum messages and emails. I am sure it will take a day or two back to catch up.

Right now I am currently on the phone with another client. Unfortunately we are a small company and can spend anywhere from 45-90 minutes on the phone with each and every caller and calls pour in all day long. Most callers tend to have an abundance of questions in which we have to explain how suspension works, what options are available, and go through all of the differences of each. This takes time which is why we have a note on our website which says that it can take up to 48 hours to get back to inquires. We do try our very best to get back to everyone that same day however if the phone isn't working out you can always e-mail or pm and that is usually faster.

Tiny company, even. There's not a phone bank of 30 minimum wage earners taking orders or replying to emails.

It's a husband and wife, with 2 young kids and just catching up from 3 weeks of an attempt to take some family time during a busy season. They have the best prices and service, consistently - they're obviously busting their asses and collecting all the accolades to prove it. Repay that tremendous effort (especially considering their size, and I believe Mr. HeadStrong has a full time job elsewhere) with some patience. :)

Maybe I can get an answer right here? (grin) I want to as Headstrong if they feel I need different coil springs. I'm looking for serious educated opinions here. -- Here's the deal, I have stock coil springs (on front) but have a 2" spacer under strut mounting bracket, this gives me a 2" lift at present, I like it. So I'm still at stock loads on my front coil springs, this is good I believe for the best ride? I'm putting on the 5100's on front & back & still maintaining my lift to accommodate my 265's. I'm doing this for a better off road ride, at present it's stiff as a rock, I believe my present shocks are stock & old so the 5100 should help there. On another thread I started someone mentioned I should get new coil springs to get my 2" of lift & leave the 5100 at lowest setting. OK, I looked into it & was told that new coil springs with the extra 2" would be stiffer than I am at present & I should stay with the stock coil springs & 2" spacer with new 5100. -- So, will I receive a better ride with new coil springs or do I stay with present setup & new 5100?
