Heat and Abrasion resistant wire and sheath for winch

I am going to be wiring in my newly rebuilt warn M8000 into the C4 LoPro bumper.
I would like to upgrade and replace the current cables for positive and ground.
What is everyone using and what vendor do you recommend.
I would like to make them myself.

This is essentially my goal.

1/0 Welding cable
PET sheathing
Lined shrink tubing
