Finally got the Katzkins installed along with Innovative Heat seat heaters. The leather was ordered through the group buy here organized by DLAV. As it turns out there was a very small group if you can even call it a group. I went with the Dark Graphite leather with red contrasting stitching. I think it matches the factory steering wheel and shift knob fairly good.

    First the tools I used:

    The heater switches:

The front seats: (Passenger side looks really wrinkley in this picture but really isn't)
    DSCF5923_2e88badce6c98293f53e028e27323b1905ad4352.jpg

    The back seats:

    DSCF5926_7b9d84e77c5f86abf9c5d2ce7d170db889e81af3.jpg

All together took about 6-7 hrs and wasn't all too hard. My hands were very sore this morning when I woke up but that could just be old age coming early.
I am very happy with the outcome.

Looks good. here did you get the power from for the heated seats? That is one of the questions I have not figured out yet.

I used the "add a circuit fuses" made by ATO. Basically allows you to turn one circuit into two. There is an empty slot in my fuse block right beside the ignition fuse that has power to it, I used that one for the driver side and will probably pull the 10A tail light fuse and put the passenger side with that.

They look good, Tim, the red stitching really stands out. Should have my pic's up tomorrow sometime, after I finish the heaters.

Looks awesome, I just got mine. Gotta love those heated seats this time of the year and the leather smell. I admire you for installing your own. I have neither the time or ability. Mine are two tone called center tone I think Storm gray on the outside and pewter on the inside part of the seats.

Its actually not that hard to do. I did mine also in about 6 hours. Started about Noon on a saturday and finished around 6pm in time for dinner and beer :D

They look good. I installed the black katzkins in mine. I bought them off of ebay from hydrahawk, she special ordered them from katzkins. I love them. Its super easy to clean up after my dog now. between the seats and the husky liner floor mats I have, takes me about an hour tops to clean out my truck now. I didn't do the heated seats since theres not much need for them here in GA we only have 1-2 months a year where its really cold.

Go buy some Lexol leather cleaner and Lexol Leather conditioner. I clean and condition mine about once every two weeks or as needed. They have gotten even softer than when i first put them in.

A lot of people complain about leather being too cold. Yes its cold when you first sit down but your body heat quickly warms them up. Real leather warms up with your body heat and stays warm. Fake leather and vinyl doesn't.

Thanks for the ideas on the leather conditioner and cleaner. I am going to go out and buy some right away and start using it. NO problems with the dog punturing the leather or anything? I have german shorthairs but have not had them in the truck since my installation.

Looks good Mark. Hard to tell from the photos but did you do the door panels yet?
I figured I would wait for warmer weather before attempting them. And also a trip to the city to see if I can find matching real leather for the doors.
