    My kit arrived yesterday, exactly when expected. The first impression is made by the careful packing job, and initial inspection of the wiring harness shows meticulous workmanship and attention to detail.

    I hope to install within the next two weeks. Here on the East Coast I would use the heaters year 'round to clear fog off the mirrors in the mornings.

    I replied to your PM but the quick answer is yes you can and it reduces the kit cost by $110 if not ordering the mirrors with it. If it is something you want to proceed with just let me know. The harness would have to be built slightly different to mate up with the ProEFX mirrors and there are a couple of ways to go about it. If you want to place an order I can go over those options with you in PM.

    I appreciate the kind words. I do take my time and make sure these things are top quality. Along with everything being ran through tests to make sure everything is working as designed. If you impressed now just wait until you have it installed :thumbsup:

    Ugh I want these so bad but my "shopping list" is too long at the moment. I'll see what winter is like without them first. Don't you go anywhere with this heated mirrors option my friend! I have a feeling I'll be buying some eventually.

    Overall it took me about 4 hours but i took my time. Packaging was outstanding.
    it was truly plug and play and the hardest part was running all the wires nice and neat.
    I can't imagine doing this without the wire harness, it truly is a life saver.
    Instructions were dead on specially for taking the mirror apart.
    the switch went in like butter after i trimmed it like you said and i did hook up the backlight so i can see it in the dark.
    Those wire taps are cool little products.
    Jaimes is a stand up guy and deserves a shout out! Again thanks for a great product/kit.

    Thanks for the review, and glad to hear everything is hooked up. The PosiTaps are definitely pretty cool. They are more expensive than other wire taps, but I believe a much better product. So have you had some frost yet to try them out?
