Nope nobody in Mass has offered to help. I am even shipping out my ECGS puller and driver set to people. And paying all shipping myself, and I couldn't get anyone to help put it in. Even after saying they could have the puller tool and driver set for free.

First off, great product. The whole harness was great quality and the instructions were great. Took me around 5-6hrs doing it, but if I did it again, probably 2-3hrs.

    Things to watch out for:
    - Spiders!!!!!! On both mirrors, after opening them up i had loads of spiders in both mirrors. Not sure if anyone else had that problem, but it sure was a surprise to me.
    - The torx screws under the mirror are not heavy duty, they are some kind of zinc, if you don't use the exact torx screwdriver needed and don't apply heavy pressure, you will strip the screw from the inside and basically you'll be screwed like i was.
    - I ran my switch under the AC, took me an hour to figure out that i didn't read the instructions correctly. I tried to run the hanger to the left/bottom from the AC control unit and its a tight fit and you'll never get it wired that way. If you read the instructions, you need to push the hanger to the left/top and it goes over all the tight spaces and fishes right in.
    - As the instructions state, depending which hole you are using to install the switch, you will need to cut off some sides of the switch to make it fit.
    - On the wire boot between the cab and door, i found it easier to run the zip tie from the door to the cab with the fat end first. I tried the other way from cab to door and i just couldn't get my hands in there to fish it through.

Again, the product is a GREAT ONE. I would definitely recommend buying from Jaimes.

Great review... I couldn't help but laugh when I got to your warning about the spiders lol. That's a first for me, I guess they were okay with a mobile home. All of your points are good ones. The routing for the switch connector is a bit tricky on the under the AC option.

The way I believe you were trying I looked into when making this kit. I found it easy enough to get the coat hanger through, but it was just slightly too tight of an area to pull the actual switch connector through.

An alternative would be to actually pull that part of the dash out, but to do it you need to pull out your center console and work your way over to the switch blanks... It was going to be a lot of work to do it that way.

Thanks for the review and good to hear you got it installed!

Hey man, I'd be happy to help you. I don't keep tabs on the thread, so I missed your original request for a hand, but Jaimes reached out to me. I'm just down the road in Oxford. I'll shoot you a PM with my contact info. Go ahead and get your order in, we'll set up a date when you have your hardware. :)

You're welcome, although I can't really take much credit. Glad to see you'll be getting help with it  BadDNA will practically be a pro at this after installing one of each kit type!
