It's that time of year again! My heated mirrors have been getting some use lately. So glad I have them.

For anyone looking to get them, the 5 minute switch is plenty. I usually shut mine off after about 3 minutes - when I remember to.

If I currently don't have power mirrors, would this still work? Sorry if this has already been asked.

They are available but I’m leaving on holiday in a couple of days and will be gone for two weeks. I’ve been advising people to contact me when I get back as I won’t be able to fill any orders while I’m away.

I know this is an older thread, but are these kits still available to order? I have a 2011 Tacoma and would like to order the mirror adjust kit amber, US. I plan on using heated signal mirrors, so I just need the harness without the mirrors. Would really like to get this if it's still available.

    Hello,
New to Tacoma World but a long time Toyota owner. Seen this forum and said I’ve got to have it. I’d like to order a non-illuminated, mirror control switch option kit without the mirrors. Let me know where to send payment. Thanks, awesome job on the kits!!!!!

They are, I can send you a message in the next day or two about this.

    PM replied

    Still available!

    Thanks guys!

Won't be back until next week. Hard to think of heated mirrors when your hanging out somewhere warm, but will be back to freezing my ass off soon enough ;)

Not sure if anyone has done that before. I'm usually of the state of mind that anything is possible with enough effort and know how. Some complications would be that takes a different style connector so you would need a small harness on each side to simply transfer all of the signals over. I haven't looked into the BSM system before but I imagine it works similar to a radar gun. There would be more to that then just a wire hookup, there would need to be something installed that would send out a sonar wave and looks to see if it comes back. If it did then it would light up the BSM symbol in the mirror but if I had to guess that probably gets routed through an ECU rather than directly from the sensor to the mirror. Then again I could be entirely wrong about how the system works.

I would definitely like a kit for a 2015 TRD Sport. Having a shell, I’m very dependent on the side mirrors.
