    Hey guys,

I’m excited to announce that I bought a 2022 Tacoma Off-road manual trans double cab. It’s a beautiful truck that has everything I wanted besides heated seats ( bummer but the truck inventory is brutal).I chatted with the dealership I purchased through and they no longer offer heated seat installs and told me to look aftermarket. I have no problem doing this, I just would like everything to look as OEM as possible. I had an idea that I could buy an AC/ Heater temperature control unit that includes the heated seat buttons and pop my control unit out put the pads in the seats and wire it to the new control unit.My first question is will this work ( I’m a machinist/ engineer by profession electrical is not my strong suit lol)? Second question and it may be a loaded one is it even worth my time and or money (cheaper options)? I’m sorry, if there is another thread associated with this topic, but I couldn’t find anything to address my specific questions.

Is your wetokole seat cover heated or do you have a separate heater inserted under it?

I'd like to add heated seats to my 22' as well. I'm interested in what you end up doing.

I bought my wetokole seat cover with the driver side heated, no need for a separate heater. It heats very quickly on high running through the cigarette plug.
