Heated seats not working

Yesterday I hopped in my truck after getting done working and I went to put my seat heater on and when I clicked it up for the highest setting, I heard a pop where the fuses are, although the fuse for them is fine. And the light for the heated seat buttons don’t work either.

Check your plugs under seat.

I checked all the plugs under both seats and they all look fine, non burnt out or anything.

 

You replaced the 20a fuse with a new one, just to double check? If the lights for the heated seats don't work either...something has to be blown somewhere. My driver side heated seat just went out and the lights still work fine, just the seat doesn't get heat anymore. Maybe there is a fuse in the engine bay as well somewhere that needs to be checked.
