heater and defrost switch

    06 Taco. when the heater switch is selected to heat the floor only, I noticed recently that the blower motor is blowing to the floor and defrost at the same time. So when I select the switch to blow both the floor and the defrost I notice no difference between ether switch position. would I trouble shoot the switch, relay or the control part of the heater itself?
