I've got a strange problem, my heater blower will work without the key in and the oil and brake dash lights remain on also.

I have to disconnect the battery or else it will go dead. I've pulled the cover off the heater relay and it's not stuck closed. It cycles fine when the battery power is removed.

I've disconnected the key switch and relay integration module with no change in the symptoms. I just started pulling fuses and the blower and lights go off when I pull the Alt-s fuse.

Any thoughts on where to start?

I think I figured this out finally. :D

I found some green corrosion on the alternator plug, it was leaking voltage to pull in the heater relay and the dash lights.

It took a lot of tracing wires and opening up the wiring harness to track it down but hopefully its a done deal.
