2003 Tacoma 2wd

I have a 2003 Tacoma 2.4 5speed extended cab...481900 miles and the heater control panel has gone weird. First it would switch heater from cold to hot then back at random times, then the AC switch and fresh air switch quit working and the other night I noticed none of the lights work in that panel. Is it just the control panel or did something come unplugged elsewhere? Fuses somewhere? Any suggestions would work.
