Has anybody changed there heater core or had it changed somewhere? Was wondering because I think mine is bad cause passenger side floor is been wet lately. Was wondering is it hard to do?

If the coolant level hasn't been dropping, its more likely that the HVAC drain tube is blocked, and the HVAC unit is overflowing with accumulated condensation. Try gently pushing a long ziptie or a piece of stranded electrical wire up the tube, which is located on the outside of the firewall just inboard of the frame rail.

Check the hoses first .its possible you may have a leak before the heater core
    Hows the coolant level ?
are the hoses hard once the truck warms up ?
What color is the fluid on the passenger floor ?
When was your last antifreeze flush ?
Do a search at this site as well . Lotta good info here

Stick your finger in the fluid and touch it to your tongue, if its sweet then its coolant and you have a core/hose leak. Im not saying drink the shit so dont get your knickers in a knot about glycol poisoning. Sometimes its very difficult to determine if its coolant or water when its on the inside of the vehicle.

Back in the summer my fan motor started making funny noises . So I went up to the Stealership to get some fender clips when I painted them black . So I come back out to the truck and I had water under my floor mat . I said I had enough of this . So I looked for the drain line under the passenger floor carpet and I pulled it out and blew in it and people it was like a water hose I had to stuff it back in the hole and water was pouring out on the asphalt in front of the doors to the dealership. I left there real quick like .
Just wish I did it when I first bought the truck in 2012.
