Heating issue in 1997 Tacoma 3.4 v6

    1997 Toyota Tacoma manual
    Thermostat, flushed heater core
    My heat has been down and I’ve flushed the heater core twice each time it gets a little hotter for about 2 weeks then goes back to being not was warm, I can hear my blend door hitting each side as it’s supposed to and and my hvc is working to, I can not figure out the problem, and the last owner put bars Leak in the radiator so that could be a cause of the problem to
