    I use Aries Defender seat covers. I have had them for three years. They have a rubber backing that stops any moisture from coming through to the seats. The cloth component is canvas. Since they are rubber backed, I don't know how they would work with heated, leather seats. They fit over the head rest and lay on the rest of the seat.     I put Carharts front and back in the 2018 OR Premium I gifted my Son. He is a Hot Shot Type I Wildland Firefighter, 4-wheels his truck off road regularly and has a dog. Still has them in with no problems after more than 70K miles...rough miles. YMMV.
