Hey Dan, I was just kinda shocked at the way they killed those critters and didn't mean to offend anyone here. I guess doing it from the air is probably the most effective way to get er done. I was just sayin at least on the ground you couldn't see the amount of area the helicoptor sees and you'd have to actually track em...just seems more fair. I'm not a hunter...(can you tell?) I guess I just felt sorry for the animals being exterminated like that. It's good to see the meat isn't being wasted and the property owners won't have to deal with them destroying their land anymore.:)

You realize it has nothing to do with laziness, right? I think most would agree that's it not "hunting" either.

These guys are not doing it because its fun, or because they enjoy hunting, or because they want the meat but are too lazy to track and kill. They're doing it become some animals -- such as certain goats and hogs -- are invasive species that destroy crops and livestock pertinent to the integrity of the area.

Think of it this way... If someone came to burn your house down and kill your family, you wouldn't care how you protected yourself would you? These farmers are the same way. Their land is their livelihood.

Honestly, at least these people have the integrity to take the time out of their day to go back to pick the carcasses up and donate them. More power to them for not letting it go to waste.

    Sincerely,

A Hunter Who Knows the Difference Between Hunting and Protecting Land

no offense taken man. sorry if i came off snappy and rude, its just aggrivating sometimes when people dont understand. its like arguing with someone from PETA on why meat is delicious haha. they will never change their mind, and you will never change yours. there is nothing wrong with that

Just so we all feel a little smarter about guns, there's no decimal. It's a 12 Gauge. There is no decimal in a mllimeter designation either, as in 9mm. Decimals are used in calibers, which are fractions of an inch.

    .38 Caliber
    10mm
    28 Gauge

    :D

im not saying you havnt. im saying people who pretty much see something "tacticool" not practical and buy it to impress their friends and just make themselves look like an uneducated ass when you start asking them questions about it that they cant answer

I personally don't own any guns, and i don't think those weapons are practical, i just find them entertaining, its not like your ever going to stop a burglar in your house with a .50 or an ak.

and especially not a shotgun..... too much blood to clean up :p

If i were to choose a weapon to own it would be a simple pistol. Concealable if anything....

and there is nothing wrong with enjoying impractical weapons.

    :) just saying

there isnt anything wrong with impractical weapons, besides the fact that they are impractical. i have a 12 gauge remington 870 express that i use for home defense. nothing special with it besides the tube extender. i would rather have a shotgun for home defense rather than a pistol. now for road trips and in my truck, i carry my glock
