So anyone have a suggestion as to how to get a bulb to stay in the hella housing if you accidently broke a tab off? The bulb won't stay put now it keeps moving and seating at an angle.

Well that would be fine. What epoxy do you recommend. I'm sure with time and patience I could probably chisel it out.

Just a general 2 part epoxy works well. I've done a few of the HID conversions using epoxy to make sure the bulb does budge and I've never had an issue.

I may have to do this to my 500ff's. Currently they have the same brightness as my high beams.

What kind of beam pattern are the 700FF's putting out? A spot or a rectangular beam?

I ordered some hella 700ff's and the HID Kit from DDM, and haven't found a wiring diagram anywhere.. Is this that I've drawn up far from accurate?

Just to throw this out there....I'm coming up on 2 years since I did this conversion and my lights are still working great! They don't get a ton of use but I was up wheeling in the snow last weekend and they made a world of difference. They throw light for miles!

You could run them off a relay to your single switch.
