Dude, the Carbot Animation vids are great. He/she/they (no clue who or how many people make them) do them for several games and they are usually epic. I died laughing in the Diablo 4 ones.

 

did anyone else have a bug this weekend where your character looked like it was trying to hug someone and nothing would work until you basically would die? tbh it was really funny watching my buddy run around like that! until it happened to me while i was next to the charging bug then it wasnt so funny!

 

I've seen that with other characters, never on my own

They got stuck looking like they were carrying a package, even though they weren't carrying anything

I saw an article that was saying that not many divers go to the bot side . Saying that it was to difficult when certain bots had the ability for 1 shot and your dead. I have started going to the bot side almost every time I’m on. I like the challenge myself but then you can’t just jump in and start gunning , you have to get a strategy together.

 

i just run and gun and it somehow works lol

i prefer the bugs for the fact its just so damn many of them! just goes to chaos really fast haha

 

I do that when I go into retreat mode, but there’s always 1 that sneaks up on me and boom DEAD!!!

 

oh i for sure die a lot lmao we played on the creek on saturday and it was a messs but it was fun haha

 

Generally speaking, good team work makes even harder difficulties easier.

Yes, hard modes are truly, hard.

But you can take people that normally do 3s or 4s, and when they find someone that can lead a group (and the group follows command) can easily do 5s and 6s even.

Team work is key here and everyone needs to work together, whether it's keeping each other from getting overwhelmed, not pulling unnecessary patrols, prioritizing targets on bot drops or bug breaches, and finally...pushing on to the next objective versus hanging around to fight (wasting valuable time and ammo).

 

i just like to shoot things and have fun lol i dont take it that serious

 

No seriousness at all; it's fun in itself being organized and running like a unit (for people like me)

Leaves one feeling much more accomplished

Others that join in and follow that mentality stick around for more

Same. I'm a filthy casual. The only thing I'm not on board with in HD2 is intentional friendly fire. That irritates me, but beyond that I'm fine with whatever so long as the group is ok. Now if we are doing good with samples and missions and somebody starts wandering off or goes to extract while everyone else is on the other side of the map with all the samples, that's different. Overall, it's just a casual drop in, shoot some stuff, grab a few things, head out type of thing.
