    Hey there gang!

After moving to a new area, definitely decided I needed a truck. Admittedly, prices for used trucks (or cars) are insane compared to what I was hoping for, and my original 10k budget was stretching to 15k and still choices were a bit... suspect at times. Not to mention I really still have the mindset that a "small" truck should fit in a parking spot. Definitely wanted a truck for more truck things though since I have a car for the more "zoom" stuff.
Ran across this 2018 Utility Access Cab 2.7 that's got a couple of battle scars (more like a soft dent on bedside and 3 more on roof), 110k mileage, and still under 20k. Excited to join in and learn a few things about maintenance, common issues, and once my wallet recovers a little, some fun things. Already figured out that I've got aftermarket wheels/tires and a front bumper bar.

I think someone tried breaking into the driver's door once (or forgot their keys) and there's a couple of dents in the door (interior) top of the window because of it, so first work is going to be replacing the ripped weather seals with new OEMS (and thanks to this forum found a dealer in Conshohocken with decent prices and shipped quick!) and an extra layer of D weather stripping to hopefully seal up the extra gap where the door's a little damaged and cut down on wind noise and mild draft above 35MPH. Already got some rustoleom rust converter and woolwax for the 2nd thing I'm doing, but honestly there's minimal rust and only really appears to be surface and mostly at a couple of factory weld points.

Enough ramblin! Here's the truck, and excited to read in and find new ways to spend money that I don't have!

Since you have only keyed access, it is very easy to lock yourself out of the truck on exit.

    Thanks!

That's my suspicion to the door dents. You can see some paint scrapes across the top, and denting on the inside. The door itself though doesn't seem to be askew or anything major so that's nice at least. :) Man, we all forgot what it was like with just regular ole keys and no unlock buttons ;)

Welcome and Congrats! My first point of business would be getting a couple more keys made/cut. I've only ever locked myself out of my vehicle once, at the gas station of all places lol. But it couldn't hurt to have some spares.

Found a locksmith that knows about "H" keys and said he can do them. About 1/3 the price of the dealership. Woo! haha
